I am Mukta Chhabra practising as a counsellor for about five years. It gives me immense pleasure , contentment and inner peace to help people come out of their unhealthy state of mind which they create due to unrealistic fears, anxieties and low self-esteem. All is a play of mind.,if we control our mind ,we emerge as a winner but if our mind controls us we becomes its slave. so we should all learn the art of being a master of our mind not the slave.
