“If the cup is full of tea then you need to make space
in the cup in order to pour more or else the tea will
spill out.”
-An old Chinese saying
Put yourself in place of the cup and consider the people and the objects as tea. Everyone possesses a specific capacity to sustain objects and people we desire to have in our life. It depends on person to person, the number of people they can continue in their life by understanding the qualities of people. For example, if you are the cup with a capacity, let's say you and 50 people can not manage more than 50 people. If you try to do so, just like the tea, some other people will spill out of your life just like the tea.
Concept of Letting-Go
Letting Go is a concept of detachment, detaching yourself from a person or object. The underlying mechanism behind letting go is when you let go of someone or something, you are making space in your life-cup, and because of this space created in your cup, you can pour more tea. The choice of tea to be drained is your choice; tea's quality will determine the taste of the drink.
Healthy tea will result in delicious taste, while poisonous drinks will lead to toxic life.
