Why one need to follow some habits or routine in the morning?

Habits are the only things that can make you or break you.Small habits can make huge differences in long term.
The reason behind having a morning routine is that the thing you do in the morning decides how your rest of the day going to be. The things that you do in the morning decides whether you are going to have a good day or a bad day.
For example in a war if the very first move by your side is wrong then it can cause you the whole war. In the similar way, if the very first things you perform in the very beginning of the day affect your entire day.
The basic science behind this is, it subconsciously sets your mind for the particular day. The task performed in the very beginning of the day in the morning reprograms your subconscious mind that how it your brain will act and react whole day.

What are the habits to be followed?

Following are the habits that everyone need to follow:-

1. Waking Up Early

On an average, 99% people wake up after 8:00 a.m. in the morning so if you wake up at 7:00 a.m. in the morning you are getting an hour extra as compared to the rest of 99% people on daily basis which will be 365 hours extra time in a year. If you are waking up 6:00 a.m. only you are getting 2 hours of extra time on daily basis and 730 hours of time on yearly basis. And if you wake up at 5 in the morning, you are getting 3 hours of extra time 1095 hours on yearly basis.
So this habit give a competitive advantage which you can use to out stand from the crowd of your competition by just utilizing this extra time.

Clarity

In the morning, your focus is at its peak because there were minimum amount of thoughts in your mind during the sleep time, due to which your brain has very less things to focus on. And because of which the things which you think or perform gets the undivided focus and attention, which result the completion of your work with your best efficiency.

2. Drinking 1 Litre of Water Before Brushing Your Teeth

 

Hydration

Drinking at least a litre or 4 glass of water in the morning before brushing your teeth is another important habit that one needs to follow.
During the sleep time you body goes under dehydration so just by following this habit in the morning it supplies water to your body and hydrates your body 

Improves health of your skin and hair

There is ancient Japanese technique which every Japanese follow is drinking water before brushing your teeth. Skin and hair are made up of with a certain proportion of water and following this habit increases water amount in the body which results in better health of skin and hair

Digestion

Drinking water with empty stomach dilutes the gastric juice which are responsible for digestion. So dilution of those gastric acids helps in much better digestion.

3. Making your Bed

 

This may seem to be very small habit but it results in huge difference. While performing this habit, you subconsciously program your brain to get things done instead of procrastinating them. This starts building the momentum, flow of getting things done.

4. Meditation

 

Morning is the best time ever to Meditate. In morning especially in the early hours, while most people are sleeping, there is no one to disturb you, to text you on messenger. And when everyone is sleeping there will be silence and which is the basic factor which decides the quality of your meditation.

Meditation declutters your mind from unwanted thoughts. Every single second your brain is processing 40 million different thoughts. But during the state of meditation this count of thoughts just reduces to 40 or 50, which results in clarity, improves focus , improves concentration and improves efficiency.
 

5. Visualization

 

The process of Visualization includes thinking about your goals, dreams, desires and what you want. It should be like exact clear because when it comes to visualization and manifestation Clarity is Power. So by clearly visualizing you can fees your subconscious mind to manifest it in your reality. You are going to achieve the very same results which you visualized, that is the power of clear visualization. Your brain can not differentiate between real and imaginary things, so by just visualizing the things which you want to manifest you program your subconscious mind to change your current reality.

6. Exercise

 

Exercising has its own benefits. Some of them are:
-It keeps your body in form.
-Keeps your mind healthy and improves concentration

during exercising brain releases the many hormone including the one named Dopamine which gives the feeling of pleasure, joy and accomplishment, taking away the feeling of lethargy.
Along with Dopamine, it releases Testosterone, the Man-Hormone, which makes the male more manly

It makes your body active and regulate the oxygen and blood supply in your body.

7. Cold Showers

 

Cold showers closes up the pores of your skin preventing harmful germs and dust particles to enter in your skin, hence improving your skin health
It prevents blackhead, repair your muscles or improves the muscle growth, which one needs after exercising. Its takes away the feeling of lethargy, which makes your active to do work and your brain avoids to procrastination.
Cold Showers releases Testosterone in your body which itself plays an important role in the body of male.

8. Reading Books

 

Reading is another one if the important habit that one need to develop in order to be successful in life. An average CEO reads 50 books a year, that is around 1 book per week. Reading some good books not like some novels or romance or fiction based or love story, but reading those books that provides knowledge, something like autobiography of self help books, personal development books are the best. These  are the books from which will teach you some good lesson.
Basically in these kind of book, there is knowledge which the author gained after years of hard work, effort and contribution, which you can access just by reading those books.

9. Affirmation

 

For those who don't know what affirmations are, basically it the positive self talk in which you are supposed to speak out loud your dreams, your desires, your goals. And you should speak them to yourself in such a way that you are having those things of your desires in your present life, as if you are living your dream life.
This affirmations just gets re-affirm i your subconscious brain which helps in manifesting your dreams and desires into your real life.
