The reason behind all of these negative emotions and be due to blockage in ida nadi or the person is lacking in moon energy. By the sincere and regular practice of chandra bheden, you emerged the qualities of moon within. Moon has the qualities like calmness, peace, feeling of contentment, serenity , tranquility and magnetism.And when you practice this breath work, you emerged all these qualities within you.. So let us begin this most effective and simple way to achieve a perfect health.
First of all sit in any comfortable meditative posture. Spine must be straight because the moon energy will flow in your spine and it will be easy to flow the energy when spine is straight. Close your eyes , take few deep breaths without making any voice of the breathing. Now close your right nostril with your right hand thumb, slowly and deeply inhale with your left nostril, don't make any noise of breathing. Now after fully inhale place your chin to your upper chest to hold the breath, this is called chin lock.You can hold your breath for 30 seconds or as your capacity. Now after 30 seconds exhale fully with your right nostril.. This is called Chandra bheden pranayam.. Initially you can perform 12 rounds of it every morning and evening.. Gradually you can increase the rounds.
