Good morning Angels, greeting for the day!

My name is Mukta Chhabra, I am a counsellor, Psycho neurobics healer and student NLP (Neuro –linguistic Programming) coach. In today’s scenario of lock down due to the outbreak of the pandemic Covid-19 coronavirus, every single human being is confined to their homes or is in house arrest not happily but are in tight grip of constant fear and anxiety. Who to blame? nature, of course not, reason being, nature has always been kind, generous to the mankind until we disturb its functioning due to our insatiable desire for power and control. Now without playing a blame game, lets ponder over the ways by which we could help the mankind to sail through or blow over this critical and painful time. you all must have heard that fear begets fear and negativity begets negativity. I being a NLP Coach would want to help you save yourself in this challenging and dreadful situation. Dear friends, our mind in a fearful state secretes toxic chemicals, like cortisol, adrenalin non adrenalin and so many other poisonous Chemical which give rise to all major diseases.

Now, it has been proved by scientists and researchers that 90% of the diseases are psychosomatic that means that diseases are not created in the physical body but in mind. which states that if your mind is not in a peaceful state or if it is constantly creating negative or turbulent thoughts then it will surely attract numerous diseases.

I as a counsellor and NLP coach would only wish wellness for all of you. So to infuse wellness, I am sharing a technique of NLP called ‘wellness within you’ or another you Sit calmly at one place and try to slow down the number of thoughts by observing them quietly take five deep breaths and now by closing your eyes try to see with a distance of 5 feet your own self, but that other you (that is no one but you) is in a vibrant and joyful state. the other image of you would in best of the health and strength. Keep on seeing it and slowly see that image getting bigger and bigger and covering you from top to bottom. Now say aloud” I am healthy, energetic and strong. I am healthy energetic and strong (10 times loudly and while saying see yourself in vibrant and sound health. your brain would identify you as healthy and strong. You will see the placebo effect i.e wellness within.

This technique works wonders for everyone.This is a technique of NLP in which we send the message of wellness to our mind. This placebo effect has even been authenticated by renowned biologist DR. Lipton Bruce
